ABOUT ANGELS CARE SOLUTIONS
Care built around people, their choices and the lives they want to lead
Angels Care Solutions provides compassionate, person-centred care and support designed to help people remain safe, independent and connected in their own homes and communities.

WHO WE ARE
Support that begins with understanding the individual
Angels Care Solutions supports people with different needs, circumstances, routines and aspirations. That is why our approach begins with listening.
We take time to understand the person, what matters to them, what they can already do and where support could make a meaningful difference.
Care is then planned around the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit around a standard service. The aim is to provide the right level of help while protecting dignity, encouraging participation and promoting independence wherever possible.

WHAT GUIDES US
The principles behind our care
Our work is shaped by the belief that good care should protect rights, recognise strengths and help people live with as much choice and control as possible.
Person-centred
We recognise each person’s needs, preferences, communication, routines, relationships and personal goals.
Respectful
We protect dignity, privacy, identity and personal choice in the way support is planned and delivered.
Enabling
We encourage people to take an active part in everyday life and do as much as they can for themselves.
Compassionate
We provide support with patience, empathy and an understanding of how care can affect individuals and families.
Inclusive
We value people’s backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, relationships, identities and ways of communicating.
Accountable
We monitor our work, welcome feedback and take action when something can be made safer or better.
OUR APPROACH
Doing with people, not automatically doing for them
Receiving support should not mean losing control over everyday life. We encourage people to remain involved in decisions, routines and activities wherever possible.
That may mean providing encouragement, reminders or practical assistance rather than taking over a task the person can manage themselves.
When more direct help is needed, it should still be provided in a way that respects the person’s preferences, privacy and dignity.
What this means in practice
- Listening before making decisions
- Recognising abilities as well as needs
- Respecting personal routines and preferences
- Supporting informed choice
- Encouraging active participation
- Balancing independence with safety
- Reviewing care when circumstances change
