Jude Agba

Director

Jude Agba is a Director at Angels Care Solutions. He holds a BSc in Marketing from the University of Calabar, Nigeria, and an MSc in Business Management from the University of Bristol. His academic background provides a strong foundation in business strategy, organisational development, negotiation and leadership.

Jude brings a practical, enterprising approach to the organisation and is skilled at turning challenges into workable opportunities. He combines strong negotiation and leadership skills with teamwork, discipline, consistency and the ability to manage competing priorities. Humble and approachable, Jude encourages colleagues to believe that obstacles can be overcome through focused effort and collaboration. He applies this outlook to supporting the continued growth of Angels and the delivery of dependable, person-centred care.

Director

Sylvester Kent Nwaobilo is a Director at Angels Care Solutions. His academic background combines economics with advanced study in health and social care. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Health and Social Care, together with a Level 5 Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health and Social Care. These qualifications support his contribution to strategic planning, informed decision-making and the continued development of safe, effective and person-centred services. Sylvester is committed to strengthening care provision and helping the organisation maintain high standards, promote dignity and achieve positive outcomes for the people it supports.

Solomon Akano, Registered Manager at Angels Care Solutions

Solomon Akano

Registered Manager

Solomon is the Registered Manager at Angels Care Solutions. He brings more than 15 years’ experience in health and social care and has been part of Angels for over a year. Solomon oversees the day-to-day operation of the business, supports staff and liaises with clients, local authorities, healthcare professionals and members of the public. He also contributes to local employment and health initiatives by working with the Department for Work and Pensions and other professional partners, speaking at community events and promoting equality across the sector.

Solomon is passionate about advancing healthcare without stigma. He believes in visible, practical leadership and prefers to lead from the front. He holds an NVQ Level 3 Diploma and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.

Precious Phiri, Care Manager at Angels Care Solutions

Precious Phiri

Care Manager

Precious brings extensive experience in adult social care, including frontline care, supervision, quality assurance and care management. She provides operational leadership across Angels Care Solutions, with responsibility for care quality, safeguarding, care planning, staff supervision and development, regulatory compliance, service-user outcomes and continuous improvement.

Precious holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, a Level 6 Safeguarding Train the Trainer qualification and a Digital Leadership qualification. She is passionate about person-centred care and believes that every individual should be treated with dignity, compassion and respect while being supported to live as independently and safely as possible.

Kerry White, Care Coordinator at Angels Care Solutions

Kerry White

Care Coordinator

Kerry began her career in care in 2007 as a care worker. After returning to the sector in 2014, she progressed to field care supervisor and care coordinator roles, building practical experience in supporting both care teams and service users. She joined Angels Care Solutions in April 2026.

Kerry prepares staff rotas, coordinates new care packages and liaises with local authorities. She is passionate about helping carers feel supported and ensuring that service users receive the person-centred care they need. Kerry holds NVQ Levels 1, 2 and 3 in Care and would like to work towards a Level 5 qualification.
