COUNTY DURHAM
Newly commissioned by Durham County Council
Angels Care Solutions has recently received a commission from Durham County Council, extending our work into County Durham.
The availability and scope of support will depend on the relevant commissioning arrangements, assessed needs and our ability to deliver the service safely and reliably.
