OUR CARE SERVICES

Care and support shaped around the life you want to lead

From everyday help at home to more structured and specialist support, Angels Care Solutions works with individuals and families to understand what matters and plan care around each person’s needs, strengths and choices.

SUPPORT BUILT AROUND YOU

Start with the person, not a standard package

No two people have exactly the same needs, routines or priorities. The right support depends on the individual, what they want to achieve and the areas in which help would make a meaningful difference.

We begin by listening and learning about the person’s strengths, preferences, communication, daily life, relationships, health, wellbeing and personal goals.

Care can then be planned around those circumstances, with the level and type of assistance kept under review as needs, wishes or confidence change.

We consider

  • What matters to the person
  • Existing abilities and strengths
  • Daily routines and preferences
  • Communication and cultural needs
  • Health, wellbeing and identified risks
  • Family and important relationships
  • Personal goals and desired outcomes

PERSON-CENTRED CARE

The service should fit the person—not the other way around

A service name describes the broad type of support, but it does not define the person receiving it.

Care should reflect individual routines, abilities, communication, culture, relationships and goals. It should also adapt when needs or circumstances change.

Our aim is to provide enough assistance to help the person remain safe and well-supported while preserving choice, dignity and independence.

Across our services, you can expect

  • An initial conversation about what is needed
  • Assessment before care is agreed
  • A personalised care and support plan
  • Respect for dignity, privacy and choice
  • Staff selected and supported for their roles
  • Communication with agreed family or professionals
  • Review when circumstances change

STARTING CARE

How support begins

We take time to understand what is being requested and whether we can meet the person’s needs safely.

01

Initial conversation

Tell us where you live, what support is being considered and what matters most to you.

02

Assessment

We discuss needs, strengths, routines, preferences, communication, risks and desired outcomes.

03

Care planning

The proposed support, responsibilities and preferred way of working are recorded in a personalised plan.

04

Care & review

Support begins with ongoing communication and review so it can respond when circumstances change.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Care services FAQs

Which care service do I need?

You do not need to decide this alone. Contact us to explain the person’s circumstances and what support is being considered. We can discuss the most relevant service and whether an assessment would be appropriate.

Can someone receive more than one type of support?

A person’s care plan may include different forms of assistance depending on their assessed needs. The important point is that the overall support remains coordinated, clear and appropriate.

Can care change when someone’s needs change?

Yes. Care should be reviewed when needs, wishes, abilities, risks or circumstances change so that the plan remains appropriate.

Do you involve family members?

Family members and other important people can be involved where the person wishes this, or where an appropriate legal arrangement or best-interest process applies.

How quickly can care begin?

This depends on the support required, the assessment process, identified risks, location and suitable staff availability. Contact us to discuss the circumstances and likely timescale.
