Accessibility Statement
Angels Care Solutions Limited is committed to making its website accessible and easy to use for as many people as possible, including disabled people, older people and people who use assistive technologies.
This statement applies to new.angelscaresolutions.co.uk.
Using this website
We want visitors to be able to:
- Enlarge text without losing content or functionality.
- Navigate the website using a keyboard.
- Use screen-reading and voice-recognition software.
- Understand the content through clear headings, labels and plain language.
- View the website on desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices.

Most modern browsers allow you to change text size, colours and contrast. Guidance on adapting your device is available from AbilityNet’s My Computer My Way.
Accessibility standard
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2, level AA.
WCAG is an internationally recognised accessibility standard covering areas such as readable content, keyboard access, colour contrast, form labels, alternative text and compatibility with assistive technology.
Current accessibility status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA.
The website has been designed with accessibility in mind and currently includes features such as:
- A “Skip to content” link.
- Clearly identified navigation areas.
- A logical heading structure on principal pages.
- Descriptive alternative text on principal content images.
- Descriptive text for many buttons and links.
- Responsive page layouts.
- Telephone numbers and email addresses presented as usable links.
However, a full independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed. We therefore cannot state that every page and feature fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 level AA.
Known accessibility limitations
We are reviewing the following areas:
Forms
Online forms require further testing with keyboard navigation, screen readers and different error conditions. Some validation messages or required-field instructions may not yet be announced consistently by assistive technology.
If you cannot use a form, contact us by telephone or email and we will provide another way to make your enquiry.
Keyboard navigation and focus
Navigation menus, dropdown menus, buttons and interactive elements require further testing to ensure that keyboard focus is always clearly visible and follows a logical order.
Colour contrast
Most of the website uses high-contrast text and backgrounds. Some combinations of coloured text, borders, buttons or text displayed over images may require additional testing.
Links and buttons
We are checking the website for empty, unclear or incorrectly configured links. These will be corrected as they are identified.
Images
Principal content images have alternative text. We are reviewing the remaining images to ensure that informative images have useful descriptions and decorative images are ignored appropriately by screen readers.
Documents
Some policies, reports or downloadable documents may not yet be fully accessible to screen-reader users. We will improve documents when they are reviewed or replaced.
If you need an accessible version of a document, please contact us.
Third-party content
Some content is supplied by third parties, including the Care Quality Commission rating widget. We cannot control every aspect of third-party content, but we will provide an accessible text link to the same information wherever reasonably possible.
Feedback and assistance
Please tell us if:
- You experience an accessibility problem.
- You need information in another format.
- You need help completing a form.
- You cannot access a document or part of the website.
- You have suggestions for improving accessibility.
We will consider your request and aim to respond within five working days.

We plan to extend this work to include:
- Keyboard-only testing.
- Automated accessibility testing.
- Screen-reader testing.
- Mobile and enlarged-text testing.
- Form validation and error-message testing.
- Colour-contrast checks.
- Reviews of new pages and documents before publication.
Any issues identified will be recorded and prioritised according to their effect on users.
